She graduated at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1976. She was employed in ČSOB, a.s. (Czechoslovak Trade Bank). During her employment in the bank, she was sent for a long-term stay to France. Then she joined the Office of the District Prosecutor, and later the Office of the Regional Prosecutor. During that time, she spent some time in the Office of General Prosecutor on study visit. Then she changed her career and started to work for the German company Fink & Partner. In 1992, she established a Law Office and became Member of the Czech Bar Association.
She is specialised in real estate law with a foreign element, in criminal law, family law and in commercial companies law.
She speaks French, Russian and German. In her leisure time, she is especially interested in literature, music, travelling and tourism.
