In 1999, he graduated at the Police Academy of the Czech Republic. Then he has been studying the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During his law studies, he spent one year within the framework of a study fellowship visit at the Faculty of Law at Nancy, France. At this opportunity, he participated in short-term study stays at the Police Academy in Lyon, at the Tribunal de Grande Instance (Court of Appeal) at Nancy, and at the Police Headquarters at Nancy. He has been working in Anna Stará's Law Office since the year 2000.
His activities are focused on Acquis Communautaire, criminal law, administrative law, on protection of basic human rights, and on housing law.
He speaks English and French. In his leisure time, he goes in for sports, music and travelling.
