He graduated in 2002 at the Faculty of Law of the West Bohemia University in Pilsen. . In this year, he joined the Law Office of Romana Javornická as Articled Clerk, later the Law Office Strnad, Javornická & Partners. Since April 2005, he has worked in the Law Office of Anna Stará.
He is focused on civil law and commercial law, especially on assigning and exacting claims, and on laws related to drafts and cheques.
He speaks English and German. His hobbies are travelling, literature and sports, especially squash.
